Work Product: Upon full payment, you will own the custom website design and content created specifically for your project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Third-Party Assets: Any third-party software, themes, plugins, or stock images used in your project remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their licensing terms.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal or service agreement. General terms include:

• A deposit may be required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project scope, client responsiveness, and unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays and work to complete projects in a timely manner. Delays caused by late client feedback or content delivery may extend the timeline.

7. Revisions and Changes

The number of revisions included in your project will be specified in your proposal. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees. Major changes to project scope after work has begun may require a new proposal and timeline.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, B-Squared Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Third-party hosting or service provider failures
• Security breaches beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits or payments for uncompleted work may be refunded at our discretion, minus any costs incurred.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Washington County, Utah.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
